"Crispy Bread 65" is a delicious Indian street food which can be prepared within 10 minutes. If you're looking to prepare this at home, you might want to try a recipe instead to the popular Indian Chicken 65 style, but using bread instead. Here's a simple recipe for Crispy Bread 65:

Street Style Bread 65 in 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

For Marination:

- 6-8 slices of bread (white or brown), cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/2 cup yogurt (curd)

- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- Salt to taste

For Coating:

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)

- 1/4 cup cornstarch

- Salt to taste

- Water, as needed, add water slowly

For Frying:

- Oil for deep frying

For Garnish:

- Chopped coriander leaves

- Sliced onions and lemon wedges

Instructions:

 1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for marination - yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.

 2. Add the bread pieces to the marinade and gently coat them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the flavors penetrate the bread.

 3. In a separate bowl, prepare the coating mixture by mixing all-purpose flour (maida), cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Add water little by little to make a thick batter. The consistency should be such that it coats the back of a spoon.

 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

 5. Dip each marinated bread piece into the coating batter, ensuring it's well coated, and then carefully place it into the hot oil. You can fry several pieces at once, but make sure not to overcrowd the pan.

 6. Fry the bread pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

 7. Repeat the frying process with the remaining coated bread pieces.

 8. Once all the pieces are fried, transfer them to a serving plate.

 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with sliced onions and lemon wedges on the side.

 10. Enjoy your Crispy Bread 65 as a delicious and crunchy street-style snack!

Remember, this recipe is a variation and might not exactly replicate the flavors of the traditional Chicken 65. Adjust the spices and ingredients according to your taste preferences.
