marinate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the flavors penetrate the
bread.
3. In a separate bowl, prepare the coating mixture by mixing all-purpose
flour (maida), cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Add water little by little to
make a thick batter. The consistency should be such that it coats the back of a
spoon.
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
